Emails that have been sent can be removed from Control > Emails. You can then use the “Revoke” button to invalidate the link that has been sent to the receiver.
When you share a file with someone, you have the option to choose an expiry date in the share form. By default the expiry date is 2 months from today. Please mind you can revoke a link at any time from the Control > Settings page.
You can change your personal signature in your preferences, by navigating to Control > Account settings > Profile. The personal signature will be prefilled in the message area when sharing a file.
